Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, and the records are in hand please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Delivery times may vary based on your location, USPS service levels, and potential delays due to weather or other unforeseen events.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Please also make sure when contacting us the records are in hand. Best place to check for that is instagram, we always post updates. As some of you know already a record plant shutdown on us so all the records are delayed but will absolutely be shipped to you and completed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at within 7 days of the delivery date. We will do our best to replace the package granted we have extras leftover if not a refund will be made. Once USPS has the order it’s in their hands. But I will do my best to at least get you another copy. 

Returns and Refunds

If your record is shipped and you’ve received a tracking number and you did not get a record. You will be entitled to a refund please allow up to 3 weeks for this.
